About Soldiers Point

    Guests must read and abide by the terms of this Pet Policy.

    All decisions regarding pets are at the Park Manager’s discretion.

    Blackout dates apply during busy periods.

    There is a limit of one (1) pet per booking unless prior arrangement has been made for additional pets.

    Guests must accept full responsibility and indemnify the Park Manager/owner for any claims by (or injuries to) third parties or their property caused by or as a result of actions by their pet(s).

    Guests shall be liable for any damage or injury caused by their pet(s) and shall pay the Park Manager immediately for any costs incurred.

    All pets must be council registered and checked in at reception on arrival.

    Pets are only permitted in designated pet-friendly cabins and sites.
    Note: A minimum $200 cleaning charge may apply if cabin has been soiled

    Pets must never be left unattended and must be on a secure leash when you are not in your tent or caravan.

    Pets must not interfere with other guests’ and residents’ quiet enjoyment: barking or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated at any time and will result in instant departure, without refund of site/cabin fees.

    For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in any communal areas or park facilities under any circumstances. This includes amenity blocks, camp kitchens, pools, splash parks, playgrounds and lagoon areas.

    Pets may only be walked on park roadways.

    Owners are responsible for disposing of all pet waste appropriately.

    Size restrictions may apply in some parks, check with park for details.

    We encourage guests to bring their dog’s bedding.

Watch sensational sunsets and relax on a picturesque peninsula as you stay at Ingenia Holidays Soldiers Point in Port Stephens. Nestled amongst stunning waterways and calm swimming beaches, your accommodation options are varied, with a range of cabins, unique Airstream stays and ensuite and powered caravan and camping sites to choose from.

During your stay, explore the Port Stephens coastline made up of 26 beaches or enjoy local activities such as dolphin and seasonal whale tours, or visit the Oakvale Wildlife Park and Irukandji Shark and Ray Encounters. Prefer to stay in the park? There’s plenty of fun to be had!

Enjoy some amazing facilities including an indoor heated pool with splash play area, a 2-lane ten pin bowling alley, an outdoor pool, a purpose-built bike track, a jump pad, a playground, half sized tennis courts and a Jungle Bungle play centre for chilfren under 5! If that wasn’t enough, you can also kick back and relax, or pick a sport to play on the park’s large village green.

If you want your meals taken care of for you, we have the Soldier’s Point Bowling Club and Rick Steins Restaurant right on our doorstep, or 15 minutes’ drive from some of Port Stephens’ best restaurants and breweries.
