Deposit payment for the first night is required at the time of booking.
Reservations may be cancelled or amended until 2:00 PM on the day prior to arrival for a full refund. If cancellation is received after 2:00 PM on the day prior to arrival, the park will retain the first-night deposit as a cancellation fee.
Failure to arrive on the reservation date will result in cancellation of the booking without refund or credit. The name on the reservation must match the name on the payment card. The cardholder and payment card must be present at check-in. Once your stay has commenced, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused nights.

gift cards will expire on printed expiry, or three years after issue date. Any unused value will not be refunded or credited. Gift cards can be redeemed at any Ingenia Holiday Park. Treat gift cards like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded. Gift cards can not be reloaded with any additional value & the validity date can not be extended.
