Deposit payment for the first night is required at the time of booking.
Reservations may be cancelled or amended until 2:00 PM on the day prior to arrival for a full refund. If cancellation is received after 2:00 PM on the day prior to arrival, the park will retain the first-night deposit as a cancellation fee.
Failure to arrive on the reservation date will result in cancellation of the booking without refund or credit. The name on the reservation must match the name on the payment card. The cardholder and payment card must be present at check-in. Once your stay has commenced, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused nights.

Failure to arrive on the reservation date will result in cancellation of the booking without refund or credit. Should you wish to cancel or change your booking more than 7 days prior to arrival, the park will retain the first night deposit payment.
If the notice of your cancellation is received within 7 days of arrival, deposits paid are non-refundable. If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
