We have two dump points for the use of in house guests.

We are a quick 10 minutes drive from Nelson Bay and less than 5 minutes to Anna Bay where you can pick up all your supplies.

There’s so much to see and do in Port Stephens! There’s shopping, great restaurants and cafes, the Marina, Water activities, Whale and Dolphin watching cruises or simply take a walk up to Tomaree Mountain lookout, check out the Nelson Bay Tea Light House, play a game of bowls at the local Bowling Club, head to the RSL Club, have a round of Golf or sit and relax at the local cinema.

We have a wide range of powered caravan and camping sites, we also have ensuite caravan sites for those looking for a little bit of luxury.

We have a wide variety of cabin accommodation to suit all needs and budgets.

We have sites large enough to comfortably fit 5th wheelers as well as camper trailers.

We sure do! Up to 45ft! Its always best to call the park before booking to ensure your rigs suitability.

Braziers are available to hire from reception at $15 per day and subject to availability. Brazier use is at the discretion of the Park Manager and subject to completion of a Brazier Hire and Safe Use Acknowledgement form available at reception. Guests choosing to use their own personal Brazier will need to ensure it meets minimum safety requirements and complete a Brazier Hire and Safe Use Acknowledgement form.

We sure do! We have 4 separate BBQ areas; it wouldn’t be Australian not too!

We do not charge for the use of BBQ’s.

We have a fantastic recreation room with full camp kitchen facilities including stove and oven, BBQ’s, fridge and microwave. Guests should bring along their own cooking gear and utensils.

Of course we do, but they will need to complete a Riders License and have a rider’s wristband on at all times.

We are positioned a 2 minute walk over a sand dunes onto the beautiful One Mile Beach. Our park has direct access. One Mile Beach is patrolled during the summer school holidays.

We are all about the beach! If you’re looking for a spot on the river Ingenia Holidays One Mile probably isn’t the right destination!

No, we provide all linen for all beds (that includes towels!).

You should always book in advance to avoid disappointment; you can also snag yourself some great deals by booking in advance!

Our tariffs vary throughout the year, you can get some great deals on breaks away during the quieter months, whilst during the peak summer months you are looking at higher rates.

There’s loads of activities for the kids at Ingenia Holidays One Mile Beach! We have a fabulous resort style pool and spa and slide, there’s the Tennis Court, a nine hole Putt Putt Golf course, Giant Jumping Cushion, Basketball Court, multiple playground areas, Kids club activities (check for session times and availability) as well as night-time movies on request.

We are easy to find on Gan Gan Road, just follow the signs!

There are so many activities to do in Port Stephens! There are loads of water activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, jet boat tours, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding! Hire a boat, go on a whale or dolphin Cruise or catch a ferry to the beautiful Tea Gardens. For those looking for a little adventure you can try your hand at horse riding or go carting, take a Quad bike tour, camel ride or how about a mountain bike adventure! Sand boarding is a huge attraction in Port Stephens and an experience that should not be missed! There’s also ten pin bowling, Toboggan Parks, the Shark and Ray Centre, Oakvale Farm (Petting zoo), Murray’s Brewery, Tomaree Aquatic Centre, the Surf School at One Mile Beach, Barramundi Farm, Fighter World, Golfing, 4WD tag a long tours.

We do have internet available at the property (for a charge) however due to our location we tend to find the reception is quite poor. We recommend bringing a good book instead!

We do not have a shop onsite however Swirl Cafe stocks some essentials.

Swirl Cafe sits on the perimeter of the property and is a groovy little place to grab breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Swell Cafe is your one stop eating shop!

We offer staggered check-in times, 12noon for powered sites, Cabins 2pm (except in peak where 3pm is the standard, we will text you if it’s ready early!)

Check-out is 10am unless prior arrangement.

We do not offer long term accommodation at Ingenia Holidays One Mile Beach.
