Is your park pet friendly?

We offer pet friendly sites and cabins, subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. To book your pet-friendly stay call or email park reception.

Where are you located?

You can find us at 23-51 Anderson Road in Woree, QLD.

What are your park opening hours?

We are open from 8:00am – 7:00pm, 7 days per week.

What time is check-in?

You can check-in for sites from 11:00am. Check-in for cabins is from 2:00pm.

What time is check-out?

Check-out time is 10:00am.

Do you allow late arrivals?

Yes we do! But you will need to let us know in advance so we can arrange your access.

What is your late check-in procedure?

Please contact us during office hours to arrange an after-hours check-in.

How big is the park?

Our park is set across 28 acres of lush tropical gardens.

What facilities does the town offer?

Cairns offers a great range of shopping centres and markets. You can stroll the Esplanade and access the popular lagoon swimming area and botanical gardens. Cairns also provides easy access to the Great Barrier Reef and Daintree Rainforest.

What is access to the property like?

You can access the park from the main highway on the south side. The access point is well signed.

What type of cabins do you have?

We offer 10 different styles of accommodation to suit all budgets and travel styles.

Do you have accessible cabins?

Yes, our tropical ensuite cabins do come in an accessible configuration. Please talk to our park team at the time of booking to ensure that we can cater for your needs.

Do we need to bring our own linen if staying in a cabin?

You won’t need to bring your own linen. It is all provided (including towels) when staying in our cabin accommodation.

Do you have caravan and camping sites as well as cabins?

Yes, we do! We have a large range of grass, slab and ensuite sites available.

What size caravans and motorhomes can you accommodate?

We have sites to suit a wide range of caravans and motorhomes, up to coach size. Please call the park to check your rigs suitability.

Do you have room for big rigs and motorhomes?

We sure do! Feel free to have a chat with our friendly team about your requirements.

Do you have sites to fit camper trailers?

We sure do, but be sure to book in advance!

Do you have ensuite facilities for caravan and camping sites?

We have a range of ensuite sites available. These are very popular, so be sure to book in advance!

Are dump points provided at your caravan park?

We provide a dump point for use by in-house guests.

What type of amenities do you offer?

We have male/female amenities with toilets and showers. We also have an accessible bathroom and laundry facilities.

Do you have washing machines and dryers for guest use?

Yes, we have both washing machines and dryers available.

How much is it to use the washing machine/dryer?

Our machines cost $5 per load for both the washing machines and the dryers.

Do you have BBQ facilities?

Yes, we do!

Is there a charge to use the BBQ facilities?

There is no charge to guests to use the park’s BBQ facilities.

Do you have a camp kitchen?

We sure do! Our camp kitchen includes a fridge, oven, microwave, BBQs and washing-up facilities.

Do you allow fires?

Camp Fires are not permitted at this park.

Do you have a shop on site?

Yes, our kiosk serves baked goods and snacks from 8am with more substantial options available for takeaway from 12pm.

Do you have internet access?

Yes, internet access is available in the park. Speak with our reception team for more information.

What facilities do you have for children?

We have a great range of child-friendly facilities including a splash water park, several resort style pools, two jumping cushions, a playground, tennis courts, badminton & volleyball facilities, an 18 hole mini-golf course, an interactive play area, a games room, basketball courts and an awesome range of activities, including open-air cinema and big red fire engine rides!

So you offer babysitting services?

No, as a resort we do not offer babysitting services. We do have local companies that we are able to recommend. Please talk to the park team for more details.

Do you hire porta cots and highchairs?

Yes, cots are available for $25 for the duration of your stay. Highchairs are available for use free of charge.

Do you allow children to ride bikes, scooters, ripsticks and roller blades?

Yes, but they will need to complete a Bike Licence and have a riders wristband on at all times.

What is there to do in the surrounding areas?

There is plenty to see and do in the Cairns area. Discover the stunning marine life at the Cairns Aquarium. Take a day trip with Reef Magic Cruises out on the reef and go snorkelling or ride in a glass bottom boat. Stroll along the Cairns Esplanade, take a dip in the lagoon or do some shopping at the night markets. For something a little different, you can take the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway through the treetops. Soar over 7.5km of stunning rainforest to the Kuranda station where you can explore colourful and quirky shops and cafes. Drop by the park tour desk for more information about things to do in the region and to book a range of attractions and tours.

How far are you from the beach?

It is about a 30 minute drive to the beach.

How far are you from the river?

It is about a 30 minute drive to the closest river.

Do you have a pool?

Yes, we have two resort-style pools and plus a splash water park.

Do you have a jumping cushion?

Yes, we have two jumping cushions!

Do I need to book before I arrive?

You should always book in advance to avoid disappointment. You can also snag yourself some great deals by booking in advance!

What are your tariffs?

Our tariffs vary throughout the year. You can get some great deals on holidays during the quieter months, whilst during the peak summer months, you are looking at higher rates.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard.

What is the minimum reservation period?

This may vary depending on the time of year you are looking to stay. It is best to check your exact dates to ensure you are provided with accurate information

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy can vary depending on the time of year and the rate you book. It is best to confirm this at the time of booking or by checking the terms and conditions page for a general policy.

What if I need assistance after-hours?

We have a manager on site and security is also available after-hours.

What if I have a complaint?

Tell us! A positive guest experience is what we are about! Don’t be afraid to have a chat with one of our friendly team or our park manager if you have any issues. If we can do anything to make your stay more enjoyable, please let us know so we can look into it straight away!

Are you a member of one of the park chains?

Yes, we are a Big4 park.

How close is the park to the town centre?

Our park is located 7km from the Cairns city centre, which is only about 10 minutes by car. There is also have a bus stop on the main entry point which connects our park to the Cairns city centre, 7 days a week.

Is the pool heated?

Yes, heated during the Winter and chilled dring the Summer.

Can we have visitors?

Yes, you are more than welcome to have up to 4 visitors to your site or cabin for the day at a fee of $20 per person per day. All visitors must park their car in the visitors car park. Please register your guests with reception so that we are aware of who is in the resort at any one time, (overnight visitors attract the usual tariffs). Unfortunately visitors are not permitted during school holiday and peak periods as we have discovered that this inundates the resort and its facilities and has a negative impact on our paying guests’ enjoyment. All visitors must be registered at Reception.
