Is your park pet friendly?

Yes we are. We have pet friendly sites and 2 pet friendly cabins, subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. To book your pet-friendly stay call or email park reception.

Where is your holiday park located?

We are located at 24 Beach Street in Bonny Hills, NSW. We’re about 20 minutes’ drive south of Port Macquarie.

What are your park opening hours?

Saturday – Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 9am-6pm.

What time is check-in?

You can check-in for camping and caravan sites from 12:00pm. Check-in for cabins is from 2:00pm.

What time is check-out?

Check-out time is 10:00am.

Do you allow late arrivals?

If you intend to check-in after hours please contact during office hours to arrange entry.

How big is the park?

Our holiday and caravan park has beach frontage and is spread across 5 acres, with direct access to Bonny Hills beach.

How close is the park to the town centre?

We are 20 minutes south of Port Macquarie and a quick 5 minute drive to Lake Cathie, where you can pick up all your supplies.

What facilities does the town offer?

There is a post office, general store, service station, ATM & a tavern in Bonny Hills. You will also find a chemist and medical centre in Lake Cathie, as well as a supermarket and ATM. There are also ample dining options within a 15 minute drive of the park.

What is access to the property like?

We are easy to find on Beach Street, Bonny Hills – just follow the signs.

What type of cabins do you have?

We have a wide range of cabin accommodation at our Bonny Hills holiday park to suit all needs and budgets.

Do we need to bring our own linen if staying in a cabin?

You won’t need to bring your own linen. It is all provided (including towels) when staying in our cabin accommodation.

Do you have caravan sites as well as cabins?

We have a variety of caravan and camping sites to suit a wide range of caravans and tents.

What size caravans and motorhomes can you accommodate?

We have sites large enough to comfortably fit 25ft caravans, as well as camper trailers and motorhomes. Please call the park to check your rigs suitability.

Do you have room for big rigs and motorhomes?

We sure do. Feel free to have a chat with our friendly team about your requirements.

Do you have sites to fit camper trailers?

We sure do, but be sure to book in advance.

Do you have ensuite facilities for caravan and camping sites?

We have a variety of ensuite sites available for caravans. These are very popular, so be sure to book in advance!

Are dump points provided at your caravan park?

We provide a dump point for use by in-house guests.

What type of amenities do you offer?

We have one amenities block with toilets and showers. We also have a family access bathroom with baby bath and change facilities.

Do you have washing machines and dryers for guest use?

Yes, we have both washing machines and dryers available.

How much is it to use your washing machine/dryer?

Our machines cost $4.00 per load for both the washing machines and the dryers. Please note, gold coins are needed for use.

Do you have BBQ facilities?

We have three BBQs available in the BBQ area. All of our Family Suites also have their own BBQ located on the deck.

Is there a charge to use your BBQ facilities?

We do not charge for the use of BBQs.

Do you have a camp kitchen?

We have a fantastic camp kitchen! The facilities include a stove and an oven, BBQs, a fridge and a microwave. Guests should bring along their own cooking gear and utensils.

Do you allow fires?

Braziers are available to hire from reception at $15 per day and subject to availability. Brazier use is at the discretion of the Park Manager and subject to completion of a Brazier Hire and Safe Use Acknowledgement form available at reception. Guests choosing to use their own personal Brazier will need to ensure it meets minimum safety requirements and complete a Brazier Hire and Safe Use Acknowledgement form.

Do you have a shop on site?

We have an on site kiosk in our reception area. It is open from 8am till 6pm, 7 days a week! As our holiday and caravan park is located near Port Macquarie, you can find a range of supermarkets and shops in town.

Do you have a restaurant on site?

Bonny Hills Garden Café and Bonny Hills Beach Hotel both sit on the perimeter of our park and are great places to grab breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Do you have internet access?

We have WiFi at the park.

What facilities do you have for children?

There are lots of activities for the kids at Ingenia Holidays Bonny Hills! We have a fabulous resort style pool with water splash park and tipping bucket, plus a toddler and heated pool area. There is an 18-hole Putt Putt golf course, a jumping cushion, pedal karts, a TV and games room and a playground area. We also have Kids Club activities during the school holidays! (check with our friendly team for session times and availability).

Do you allow children to ride bikes, scooters, ripsticks and roller blades?

Yes, but they will need to complete a Bike Licence and have a riders wristband on at all times.

What is there to do in the surrounding area?

There are so many things to do in the local area! Rainbow Beach is right on our doorstep! You could do some whale watching (seasonal) or try to spot a dolphin from the Kattang Nature Reserve at Camden Head. You can take a walk or picnic in Queens Lake Nature Reserve or visit the Bottlebutt Tree Walk. Port Macquarie Camel Safaris offers exciting camel rides for the whole family, or you can visit Bago Vineyards and Maze for a fun family day-out. Why not check out Billabong Zoo- Koala and Wildlife Park or Timbertown Heritage Theme Park. Port Macquarie also offers a great variety river cruises & fishing charters.

Do you have a pool?

We have an awesome resort pool with water park, as well as a heated and a toddler pool.

Do you have a jumping cushion?

Yes, we have a jumping cushion.

Do I need to book before I arrive?

You should always book in advance to avoid disappointment. You can also snag yourself some great deals by booking in advance!

What are your tariffs?

Our tariffs vary throughout the year. You can get some great deals on holidays during the quieter months, whilst during the peak summer months, you are looking at higher rates.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

What is the minimum reservation period?

Depending upon the time of year you are looking to stay, minimum stays may be required (particulary during school holidays or peak seasons). It is best to check the booking conditions once you have decided on your exact dates to ensure you are provided with accurate information.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy can vary depending on the time of year and the rate you book. It is best to confirm this at the time of booking or by checking the terms and conditions page for a general policy.

What if I need assistance after-hours?

Our after hour’s assistance phone number is displayed on the reception door. It’s also on your check-in sheet. If there is an emergency please call 000.

What if I have a complaint?

Please tell us. A positive guest experience is what we are about and if we can do anything to make your stay more enjoyable please let us know.
