Is your caravan park pet friendly?

We offer Pet Friendly Sites and Cabins, subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. To book your pet-friendly stay call or email park reception.

Are dump points provided at caravan parks?

We have two dump points for the use of in house guests.

How close is the caravan park to the town centre?

We are just 1.2km or a quick 5 minute drive to South West Rocks where you can pick up all your supplies.

What facilities does the town offer?

There’s so much to see and do in South West Rocks! There’s some great restaurants and cafes, water activities, take a walk up the Smokey Cape Walking track or through the Arakoon National Park, check out the Trial Bay Goal, play a game of golf, or tennis or bowls at the local Country Club, or just sit and relax at one of the areas many picturesque beaches or lookouts.

Do you have caravan sites as well as cabins?

We have a wide range of powered caravan and camping sites, we also have ensuite caravan sites for those looking for a little bit of luxury.

What type of cabins do you have?

We have a wide variety of cabin accommodation to suit all needs and budgets.

What size caravans and motorhomes?

We have sites large enough to comfortably fit 5th wheelers as well as camper trailers.

Do you have room for big rigs and motorhomes?

We sure do! Up to 45ft!

What size sites do you have?

We have a variety of caravan and camping sites, always call the property check your rigs suitability.

Do you have sites that fit camper trailers?

We sure do but make sure you book in advance!

What type of amenities do you offer?

An amenities block with which includes children’s amenities with baby bath, the key is available for this in reception. There is a disabled toilet and laundry facilities. We have a fully accessible bathroom, key is available from reception.

Do you have washing machines and dryers for guest use?

Yes.

How much is it to use your washing machine/dryer?

$5.00 (5 x $1 coins).

Do you have ensuite facilities for caravan and camping?

We have a variety of ensuite sites available; make sure you book in advance!

What is the minimum reservation period?

Depending upon the time of year you are looking to stay, minimum stays may be required (particulary during school holidays or peak seasons). It is best to check the booking conditions once you have decided on your exact dates to ensure you are provided with accurate information.

What are your park opening hours?

Our reception opening hours are from 8:30am to 5:30pm with extended hours during peak periods.

Do you allow fires?

Braziers are available to hire from reception at $15 per day and subject to availability. Brazier use is at the discretion of the Park Manager and subject to completion of a Brazier Hire and Safe Use Acknowledgement form available at reception. Guests choosing to use their own personal Brazier will need to ensure it meets minimum safety requirements and complete a Brazier Hire and Safe Use Acknowledgement form.

Do you have BBQ facilities?

We sure do! We have 3 separate BBQ areas; it wouldn’t be Australian not too!

Is there a charge to use your BBQ facilities?

We do not charge not charge a fee for the use of our BBQ’s.

Do you have a camp kitchen?

We have a fantastic camp kitchen with all the facilities you would expect including stove, BBQ’s, fridge and microwave but we do not have an oven. Guests should bring along their cooking gear and utensils.

Do you allow children to ride bikes, scooter, rip sticks and roller blades?

Of course we do, but they will need to complete a Bike License and have a rider’s wristband on at all times.

How far are you from the beach?

We are about a 10 minute walk to the sensational local beaches.

How far are you from the river?

We are positioned right on Back Creek, a tidal inlet which flows directly out to sea. The Macleay River Boat Ramp is approximately 2km’s down the road.

If staying in a cabin do we need to bring our own linen?

No, we provide all linen for all beds (that includes towels!).

Do I need to book before I arrive?

You should always book in advance to avoid disappointment; you can also snag yourself some great deals by booking in advance!

What are your tariffs?

Our tariffs vary throughout the year, you can get some great deals on breaks away during the quieter months, whilst during the peak summer months you are looking at higher rates.

How big is the park?

Approx. 10 acres.

What facilities do you have for children?

We have lovely swimming pool and children’s playground as well as games room.

What is access like to the property?

We are easy to find just turn left onto Gordon Young Drive as you head into South West Rocks.

What is there to do in the surrounding areas?

There are so much for the nature lover to do in South West Rocks! There are any number of sensational walks and trail to follow, the Trail Bay Goal, Arakoon National Park, Smokey Cape Lighthouse or sit and relax at one of the areas many picturesque lookouts!

Do you have internet access?

Yes, we have free WiFi available in our park!

Do you have a shop onsite?

We have a small shop onsite where you can pick up some of your emergency supplies.

Do you have a restaurant onsite?

We don’t have a restaurant onsite but we are close enough to town where you will find a variety of dining options.

Do you have a kiosk onsite?

We do not have a kiosk onsite.

What time is check-in?

You can check-in any time from 2pm through till 5:30pm.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is 10am unless prior arrangement.

Do you allow late arrivals?

We sure do! But you will need to let us know in advance so as we can arrange your access!

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy can vary depending upon the time of year you book and rate you book. It is best to confirm this at the time of your reservation or check on the terms and conditions page for a general policy.

What if I have a complaint?

Tell us! A positive guest experience is what we are about! If we can do anything to make your stay more enjoyable please let us know!

Do you have annual vans?

We have annual vans on site, from time to time these become available for sale, send us an email if you’re looking and we can tell you if any are available!

We do offer permanent lifestyle accommodation options, it best to contact us directly to discuss availability.

Do you have a pool?

We sure do! It wouldn’t be a holiday park without a pool!

What is your late check-in procedure?

If you intend to check-in after hours please contact during office hours to arrange entry.

What if I need assistance out of hours?

Please use the after hour’s contact phone number located on the front door of reception, if there is an emergency please call 000.

Is there onsite management or caretaker?

We do have an onsite caretaker – there is an emergency number attached to the park map on check-in, and also listed on the main reception door.

What credit cards do you accept?

Visa and MasterCard.
