Where are you located?

We are located at 52 Wellington Drive in Nambucca Heads, NSW. 

What are your park opening hours?

Our reception is open from 8:00am to 7:00pm, 7 days a week.  

What time is check-in?

You can check-in anytime from 2:00pm.

What time is check-out?

Check-out time is 10:00am.

Do you allow late arrivals?

Yes, we do! But you will need to let us know in advance so we can arrange your access.

What is your late check-in procedure?

Please contact us during office hours to arrange an after-hours check-in. 

How big is the park?

Our park is set across 20 acres at Nambucca Heads. 

How close is the park to the town centre?

We are just a short 15 minute walk from Nambucca Heads township. 

What facilities does the town offer?

The beautiful town of Nambucca Heads offers a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, including a movie theatre.

What is access to the property like?

We are easy to find! Access is from Wellington drive and entry is via the front entrance boom gates.

What type of cabins do you have?

We have a wide range of cabin accommodation to suit all needs and budgets.

Do we need to bring our own linen if staying in a cabin?

You won't need to bring your own linen. It is all provided (including towels) when staying in our cabin accommodation. 

Do you have caravan and camping sites as well as cabins?

We have a wide range of powered caravan and camping sites.

What size caravans and motorhomes can you accommodate?

We have a variety of sites available to suit a range of caravan and motorhome sizes. Please call the park to check your rigs suitability. 

Do you have room for big rigs and motorhomes?

Yes, we do! We can cater for most motorhomes and caravan sizes, up to 5th wheelers. Although, due to limited spots, you should always call ahead to make your booking!

Do you have sites to fit camper trailers?

We sure do, but be sure to book in advance!

Do you have ensuite facilities for caravan and camping?

We have a variety of ensuite sites available for those looking for a little luxury. These sites are popular, so be sure to book in advance! 

Are dump points provided at you caravan park?

We have two dump points provided for use by in-house guests.

Is your caravan park pet friendly?

Yes, it is! Dogs are welcome on our caravan and camping sites. However, it is best to check the availability of pet-friendly sites with the park prior to booking. 

What type of amenities do you offer?

We offer two functional amenities blocks which include toilet and shower facilities. We even have a car wash!

Do you have washing machines and dryers for guest use?

Yes, we have both washing machines and dryers available. 

How much is it to use your washing machine/dryer?

Our machines cost $5 per load for both the washing machines and the dryers. 

Do you have BBQ facilities?

Yes, we do! It would be un-Australian not too!

Is there a charge to use your BBQ facilities?

We do not charge for the use of BBQs.

Do you have a camp kitchen?

We have a fantastic recreation room with full camp kitchen facilities including a stove and oven, BBQs, a fridge and microwave. Guests should bring along their own cooking gear and utensils.

Do you allow fires?

We don't allow fires in the park. 

Do you have a shop on site?

We have a kiosk open from 8:00am to 7:00pm daily. The kiosk stocks an assortment of items for your convenience. 

Do you have a restaurant on site?

We sure do! We have a cafe and a restaurant on site. You can enjoy a great meal and a cold beverage at the licenced V-Wall Tavern and Bluewater Bistro! Or enjoy light meal or coffee in the V-Wall Cafe. 

Do you have internet access?

WiFi is available throughout the park. Please see reception for details. 

What facilities do you have for children?

There are lots of activities for the kids to enjoy at Ingenia Holidays White Albatross! We have a fabulous resort-style pool with a waterslide and splash park. We have a children's playground and tidal swimming lagoon with a beach for swimming, fishing or water activities. We also have a games room including a pool table!

Do you allow children to ride bikes, scooter, rip sticks and roller blades?

Yes, but they will need to complete a Riders Licence and have a rider’s wristband on at all times.

What is there to do in the surrounding areas?

Nambucca Heads and the surrounding area offers a vast array of activities to keep you entertained on your seaside holiday! Visit the beautiful Nambucca Heads Beach or any number of the other gorgeous beaches in the nearby towns. Take a walk onto the V-Wall and admire the outdoor gallery of paintings from visitors to the area. Explore the Nambucca River on a River Cruise, or try your hand at a number of different water activities including canoeing, paddle-boarding and surfing. Nambucca Heads is famous for its great fishing; throw a line in from the break wall at the front of the park and make use of the fish cleaning facility within the park!

How far are you from the beach?

We have direct access to an unpatrolled beach from the park; it's just a 2 minute walk! Please note, there is a patrolled beach just a short drive away. 

How far are you from the river?

We are located just beside the mouth of the Nambucca River, where the river meets the ocean. Enjoy the beautiful views of the river from our park!

Do you have a pool?

Yes, we do! We offer a beautiful resort style swimming pool, waterslide and splash park for our guest’s enjoyment!

Do you have a jumping cushion?

We don't have a jumping cushion, but have some other great facilities!

Do I need to book before I arrive?

You should always book in advance to avoid disappointment. You can also snag yourself some great deals by booking in advance!

What are your tariffs?

Our tariffs vary throughout the year. You can get some great deals on holidays during the quieter months, whilst during the peak summer months, you are looking at higher rates.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

What is the minimum reservation period?

This may vary depending on the time of year you are looking to stay. It is best to check your exact dates to ensure you are provided with accurate information.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy can vary depending on the time of year and the rate you book. It is best to confirm this at the time of booking or by checking the terms and conditions page for a general policy.

What if I need assistance after-hours?

There is an after-hours contact number provided at check-in. We also have an on-site caretaker who is happy to help should you require assistance.

What if I have a complaint?

Tell us! A positive guest experience is what we are about! Don't be afraid to have a chat with one of our friendly team or our park manager if you have any issues. If we can do anything to make your stay more enjoyable, please let us know so we can look into it straight away!

Do you have annual vans?

We don't offer annual holiday rentals at Ingenia Holidays White Albatross.

We do not have permanent accommodation available at Ingenia Holidays White Albatross.
