Is your caravan park pet friendly?

We offer Pet Friendly Sites and Cabins, subject to availability and blackout dates may apply. To book your pet-friendly stay call or email park reception.

Are dump points provided at caravan parks?

We provide a dump point for in house guest use only.

How close is the caravan park to the town centre?

Round Corner Shopping Villlage is just a short 5 minute drive, or 15 minute walk.  A larger centre Castle Towers is an easy 10 minutes drive.

What facilities does the town offer?

Our local round Corner Shopping Village offers a Woolworths, Aldi, Australia Post, Newsagency, Bakery, Butcher, Grocer, Delicatessen, Gift shops, Clothing and Footwear boutiques, chemist, medical centre and a range of cafes and coffee shops.

Do you have caravan sites as well as cabins?

We have a variety of caravan and camping sites to suit a wide range of caravans and tents.

What type of cabins do you have?

We have basic accommodation through to luxury two bedroom villas.

What size caravans and motorhomes?

We have a variety of sites available to suit a range of caravan and mororhome sizes.  We can accommodate anything up to 24ft and even some 5th wheelers this will require booking through reception however to avoid disappointment.

Do you have room for big rigs and motorhomes?

We sure do! We cater for most motorhomes with limited space for 5th wheelers, due to limited spots always call ahead to make your booking!

What size sites do you have?

We have a variety of caravan and camping sites, always call the property check your rigs suitability.

Do you have sites that fit camper trailers?

We sure do but make sure you book in advance!

What type of amenities do you offer?

We have an amenities block with male/female toilets and showers. A family bathroom is available for disabled or for bathing children. Coin operated laundry facility is also available.

Do you have washing machines and dryers for guest use?

Yes.

How much is it to use your washing machine/dryer?

$4 per load for washing machines, and $4 for 40 minutes in the dryer.

Do you have ensuite facilities for caravan and camping?

We have a few select ensuite sites available suitable for vans under 20, make sure you book in advance!

What is the minimum reservation period?

Depending upon the time of year you are looking to stay, minimum stays may be required (particulary during school holidays or peak seasons). It is best to check the booking conditions once you have decided on your exact dates to ensure you are provided with accurate information.

What are your park opening hours?

9am – 6pm Monday to Saturday and 8am to 5pm Sunday – these hours may change during quieter periods.

Do you allow fires?

Braziers are available to hire from reception at $15 per day and subject to availability. Brazier use is at the discretion of the Park Manager and subject to completion of a Brazier Hire and Safe Use Acknowledgement form available at reception. Guests choosing to use their own personal Brazier will need to ensure it meets minimum safety requirements and complete a Brazier Hire and Safe Use Acknowledgement form.

Do you have BBQ facilities?

We sure do! We have BBQ facilities near the swimming pool and in the Camp kitchen area.

Is there a charge to use your BBQ facilities?

Yes, the charge per BBQ is $1 per 10 minutes.

Do you have a camp kitchen?

We sure do! We have a modest facility perfect for caravan and camping lifestyle.

Do you allow children to ride bikes, scooter, rip sticks and roller blades?

Of course we do, but they will need to complete a Bike License and have a rider’s wristband on at all times.

How far are you from the beach?

We are about a 45 minute to 1 hour drive to most of Sydney’s beaches, traffic dependent of course.

How far are you from the river?

We are a half an hour drive from the Hawkesbury River at Wisemans Ferry.

If staying in a cabin do we need to bring our own linen?

All cabins have linen provided.

Do I need to book before I arrive?

You should always book in advance to avoid disappointment; you can also snag yourself some great deals by booking in advance!

What are your tariffs?

Our tariffs vary throughout the year, you can get some great deals on breaks away during the quieter months, whilst during the peak summer months you are looking at higher rates.

How big is the park?

7.5 acres.

What facilities do you have for children?

We have a lovely swimming pool and playground as well as a recreational room.

What is access like to the property?

We are easy to find, there is direct street access with entry at the boom gates.

What is there to do in the surrounding areas?

Fagan Park which is a 50 acre park featuring gardens from around the world, local markets and local fruit and vegetable stalls, cafes and restaurants, Koala Park, Cumberland State Forest, Wisemans Ferry for the river, Castle Towers and Hornsby Shopping Complex.

Do you have internet access?

We offer Wi-Fi throughout the park (there are be a cost associated with this please contact us for details).

Do you have a shop onsite?

We have a small kiosk onsite selling a limited amount of supplies.

Do you have a restaurant onsite?

We don’t have a restaurant onsite but we are close enough to where you will find a variety of dining options.

Do you have a kiosk onsite?

We have a kiosk selling ice creams, soft drinks, chips and chocolate along with a few essentials like coffee, tea. UHT milk, toothbrushes/ paste, deodrant, sunscreen etc.

What time is check-in?

You can check-in any time from 2pm through till 5pm.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is 10am unless prior arrangement.

Do you allow late arrivals?

We sure do! But you will need to let us know in advance so as we can arrange your access!

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy can vary depending upon the time of year you book and rate you book. It is best to confirm this at the time of your reservation or check on the terms and conditions page for a general policy.

What if I have a complaint?

Tell us! A positive guest experience is what we are about! If we can do anything to make your stay more enjoyable please let us know!

Do you have annual vans?

We don’t offer annual holiday rentals.

Do you offer permanent housing?

We do offer permanent lifestyle accommodation options, it best to contact us directly to discuss availability.

Do you have a pool?

We sure do! It wouldn’t be a holiday park without a pool!

Do you have a jumping cushion?

We don’t have a jumping cushion but we do have some other great facilities!

What is your late check-in procedure?

If you intend to check-in after hours please contact during office hours to arrange entry.

What if I need assistance out of hours?

For after hour’s assistance dial the afterhours emergency number 0475 956 437. This is held by the manager or caretaker at night and your call will be answered.

Is there onsite management or a caretaker?

No, in an emergency please call the relevant emergency services or the afterhours mobile on 0475 956 437 should you require emergency assistance after hours.

What credit cards do you accept?

Visa and MasterCard only
