FAQs

What time is check-in?

From 3pm for cabins and from 11am for campsites.

What time is check-out?

By 10am for both cabins and campsites.

Will my cabin be serviced during my stay?

Whilst we can provide additional fresh towels and linen for a small fee, we do not service our cabins every day of your stay. Please speak to our friendly team for more information.

Do I need to bring linen for my cabin?

No - we supply linen, pillows, and towels for all our cabins. Please bring a beach towel for the pool though.

Can I check-in early?

Early check-ins outside our designated arrival times is subject to approval and is not available during peak/high seasons. Please contact reception to confirm if this option is available for your reservation. 

Can I have a late check-out?

Late departures outside our designated departure time is subject to approval and is not available during peak/high seasons. Please contact reception to confirm if this option is available for your reservation.

Is there beach access?

Yes, the park has a private beach track to One Mile Beach. The walking track is at the back of the park and takes roughly 10 minutes to walk.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes - but there are restrictions we have put in place to allow a balance for all our guests staying in the park. Dogs are not permitted in the park during peak/high seasons, dogs cannot go inside cabins, amenity blocks or the camp kitchen. Dogs should also be roughly 10kg and under. 

Are fires allowed?

We have designated communal fire pits; these are opened during the cooler months. Please contact reception to confirm exactly when these pits will be operational. No solid fuel fires (i.e. wood, coals, heat beads etc.) or open flames are allowed on any sites at any time. Gas or electric BBQ's are permitted for use on your site only.

Do you sell firewood?

Yes, we do. It is $15 per bag, purchased at reception during office hours. Firewood is for use inside our communal fire pits, during the winter months only. 

How many people can use the pool area?

A maximum 100 people, including both adults and children.

Can my visitors use the pool area?

Yes, the cost is $5 per swimmer, and entry is at the discretion of Management. Please note that during school holidays or long weekends, Management are unable to accept paying visitors.

Are the pools heated?

We do have a heated outdoor plunge pool, but unfortunately our main resort pools are not heated. 

Is there internet access?

We offer complimentary WIFI for our guests, this is capped at 500 MB per day, and up to three devices can connect. Additional WIFI vouchers can also be purchased from reception.

What facilities are closed?

The winter fire pits are closed until further notice.

What facilities are under maintenance?

The children’s pool is under maintenance and will be closed until further notice.  

What are the Rockpools Cafe Bar opening hours?

The Rockpools Cafe Bar is open Thursdays from 8am - 8pm, Fridays and Saturdays from 7.30am - 9pm, and Sundays from 7.30am - 4pm. During NSW public holidays and public school holidays, The Rockpools Cafe Bar is open every day from 7.30am - 9pm.
