FAQs

Where are you located?

We are located at 6 Lyttle St in Broulee, NSW.

What are your park opening hours?

Our reception is open from 8:30am to 6:00pm, 7 days a week during summer. During winter, our opening hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Saturday to Thursday, and 8:30am to 6:00pm on Friday. 

What time is check-in?

You can check-in for sites from 12:00pm. Check-in for cabins is from 2:00pm.

What time is check-out?

Check-out time is 10:00am. 

Do you allow late arrivals?

Yes, we do! But you will need to let us know in advance so we can arrange your access. 

What is your late check-in procedure?

Please contact us during office hours to arrange an after-hours check-in. 

How big is the park?

Our park is spread across 5 acres with direct access to Broulee beach. 

How close is the park to the town centre?

We are located just 600 metres from the local general store and approximately 20 minutes in the car from Batemans Bay. 

What facilities does the town offer?

In Broulee, you will find a general store, takeaway shop, chemist, newsagency, surf shop and real estate agent. Local businesses offer lessons, tours and equipment hire for surfing, stand-up paddle boarding, snorkelling and kayaking. 

What is access to the property like?

The park can be easily accessed from Lyttle Street. Please note, roads within the park can be tight for large rigs. 

What type of cabins do you have?

We have a wide variety of cabin accommodation to suit all needs and budgets.

Do we need to bring our own linen if staying in a cabin?

You won't need to bring your own linen. It is all provided (including towels) when staying in our cabin accommodation. 

Do you have caravan sites as well as cabins?

We have a range of powered caravan and camping sites.

What size caravans and motorhomes can you accommodate?

Our sites can cater for caravans and motorhomes up to 30ft. Please note, some access roads are narrow and can be hard to negotiate with large rigs.

Do you have room for big rigs and motorhomes?

We are able to accommodate big rigs and motorhomes during the off-season. Please call the park to check site availability and your rig's suitability. 

Do you have sites to fit camper trailers?

Yes, we do! But be sure to book in advance. 

Do you have ensuite facilities for caravan and camping sites?

We do not have any ensuite sites, but we have plenty of shared amenities. 

Are dump points provided at your caravan park?

We provide a dump point for use by in-house guests. 

Is your caravan park pet friendly?

Yes, it is! Dogs are welcome on our caravan and camping sites. However, it is best to check the availability of pet-friendly sites with the park prior to booking. 

What type of amenities do you offer?

We have male/female amenities with toilets and showers. We also have an accessible bathroom. 

Do you have washing machines and dryers for guest use?

There is a laundry with both washing machines and dryers located adjacent to the amenities. 

How much is it to use your washing machine/dryer?

Our machines cost $3 per load for both the washing machines and the dryers. 

Do you have BBQ facilities?

We sure do! It would be un-Australian not too!

Is there a charge to use your BBQ facilities?

We do not charge for the use of BBQs.

Do you have a camp kitchen?

Yes, we do! We have full camp kitchen facilities, including a stove top, oven, microwave and fridge.

Do you allow fires?

We do not allow fires in the park. 

Do you have a shop on site?

We sell daily newspapers, ice creams and ice. There is also a vending machine available for snacks, lollies, chips and cold drinks. 

Do you have a restaurant on site?

No, we don't. There is a takeaway shop in Broulee and plenty of dining options nearby in Batemans Bay and Moruya. 

Do you have internet access?

Yes, internet access is available in the park. Please speak to our friendly reception team for more details. 

What facilities do you have for children?

We have a great range of child-friendly facilities including a playground, jumping cushion, pool and toddlers pool, a TV and games room and pedal karts. We also offer Kids Club activities during the school holidays. Please speak to our staff for more details.

Do you allow children to ride bikes, scooter, ripsticks and roller blades?

Yes, but they will need to complete a Riders Licence and have a rider’s wristband on at all times.

What is there to do in the surrounding area?

There is so much to do in the area! With tonnes of fantastic beaches, coastal trails and picnic areas, there is something for everyone! Go kayaking in Broulee, Batemans Bay or at the Wagonga inlet in Narooma. Explore the Mogo forest cycling trail or walk the many picturesque walking trails throughout the area. Visit Mogo Zoo and say ‘Hi’ to Willow and Jantan the orangutans. Pay a visit to the Gold Rush Colony or tour the local markets. How far are you from the beach?

Broulee beach is just a 100-metre walk via our private access trail. 

How far are you from the river?

We are a short 5 minute drive to Tomago river and a 10 minute drive to Moruya River.

Do you have a pool?

Yes, we do! It wouldn't be a holiday park without a pool!

Do you have a jumping cushion?

Yes, we do and the children love it!

Do I need to book before I arrive?

You should always book in advance to avoid disappointment. You can also snag yourself some great deals by booking in advance!

What are your tariffs?

Our tariffs vary throughout the year. You can get some great deals on holidays during the quieter months, whilst during the peak summer months, you are looking at higher rates.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard.

What is the minimum reservation period?

This may vary depending on the time of year you are looking to stay. It is best to check your exact dates to ensure you are provided with accurate information.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy can vary depending on the time of year and the rate you book. It is best to confirm this at the time of booking or by checking the terms and conditions page for a general policy.

What if I need assistance after-hours?

Please call the phone number on the reception door for after-hours assistance. We have an onsite manager and caretaker who will be happy to help you. 

What if I have a complaint?

Tell us! A positive guest experience is what we are about! Don't be afraid to have a chat with one of our friendly team or our park manager if you have any issues. If we can do anything to make your stay more enjoyable, please let us know so we can look into it straight away!
