Is your caravan park pet friendly?

Yes it is! Pets are welcome on our caravan and camping sites. However, it is best to check the availability of pet friendly sites with the park prior to booking. 

Are dump points provided at caravan parks?

We provide a dump point for the use of in house guests.

How close is the caravan park to the town centre?

We are located just 600 metres from the local general store.

What facilities does the town offer?

In Broulee you will find a general store, takeaway, chemist, newsagency, surf shop and real estate agent. Local businesses offer lessons, tours and equipment hire for surfing, stand up paddle boarding, snorkelling and kayaking. 

Do you have caravan sites as well as cabins?

We have a range of powered caravan and camping sites as well cabins.

What type of cabins do you have?

We have a wide variety of cabin accommodation to suit all needs and budgets.

What size caravans and motorhomes?

Our sites can cater for caravans and motorhomes up to 30ft, please note that access roads may be narrow. 

Do you have room for big rigs and motorhomes?

We are able to accommodate big rigs and motorhomes during the off season. Always check with park for site availability and suitability. 

What size sites do you have?

Our sites range from 18 to 45ft, please check with the park to ensure your site suits your requirements. 

Do you have sites that fit camper trailers?

Yes we do! But please ensure you book in advance.

What type of amenities do you offer?

We have a male/female amenities building with toilets and showers along with an accessible bathroom and a laundry for guest use. 

Do you have washing machines and dryers for guest use?

There is a laundry available adjacent to the amenities. 

How much is it to use your washing machine/dryer?

$3 per load for washers and $3 per load for dryers. 

Do you have ensuite facilities for caravan and camping?

We do not have ensuite sites available but offer plenty of shared amenities. 

What is the minimum reservation period?

Depending upon the time of year you are looking to stay, its best to check your exact dates to ensure you are provided with accurate information.

What are your park opening hours?

Office Hours are 8.30am - 6pm, 7 days during Summer and 8.30am - 5pm Sat to Thurs, 8.30am to 6pm Friday during Winter.

Do you allow fires?


Do you have BBQ facilities?

We sure do! It wouldn't be Australian not too!

Do you have a camp kitchen?

We sure do! We have full camp kitchen facilities including a stove top, oven, microwave and fridge.

Do you allow children to ride bikes, scooter, rip sticks and roller blades?

Of course we do, but they will need to complete a Riders License and have a rider’s wristband on at all times.

How far are you from the beach?

The beach is just a 100 metre walk via our private access. 

How far are you from the river?

We are located a short 5 minute drive to Tomago river and a 10 minute drive to Moruya River.

If staying in a cabin do we need to bring our own linen?

No, we provide all linen for all beds (that includes towels!).

Do I need to book before I arrive?

You should always book in advance to avoid disappointment; you can also snag yourself some great deals by booking in advance!

What are your tariffs?

Our tariffs vary throughout the year, you can get some great deals on breaks away during the quieter months, whilst during the peak summer months you are looking at higher rates.

How big is the park?

5 Acres.

What facilities do you have for children?

There are a range of fun facilities and activities available for children, these include: Playground, jumping cushion, pool and toddlers pool, a TV and games room, pedal carts as well as Kids Club activities during School Holidays.

What is access like to the property?

Access to the property is easy, roads within the park can be tight for large rigs.

What is there to do in the surrounding areas?

There is so much to do in the area! There are plenty of water sports and activities and nature walks as well as plenty of fantastic tourist spots such as a zoo, animal park, gold rush colony, putt putt, tennis court, markets and much much more. Do you have internet access?

Internet access is available. Please see reception for details. 

Do you have a shop onsite?

We sell daily newspapers, ice creams and ice. There is also a vending machine available for snacks, lollies, chips and ice cold drinks. 

Do you have a restaurant onsite?

No. There is a takeaway shop in Broulee and restaurants in nearby Batemans Bay and Moruya. 

Do you have a kiosk onsite?

No. We do have a vending machine available for snacks and drinks.

What time is check-in?

Check-in is from 12pm for sites and 2pm for cabins.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is at 10am.

Do you allow late arrivals?

We sure do! But you will need to let us know in advance so we can arrange your access. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy can vary depending on time of year and the rate you book. It is best to confirm this at the time of reservation or check on the terms and conditions page for a general policy. 

What if I have a complaint?

Tell us! A positive guest experience is what we are about! If we can do anything to make your stay more enjoyable please let us know!

We do not offer long term accommodation at Ingenia Holidays BIG4 Broulee.

We sure do! It wouldn't be a holiday park without a pool!

Yes we do and the children love it!

What is your late check-in procedure?

If you intend to check-in after hours please contact the park during office hours to arrange entry. 

What if I need assistance out of hours?

Please call the phone number located on the door of reception for afterhours assistance. 

Is there onsite management or caretaker?

We have an onsite manager and a caretaker who are happy to help should require emergency assistance after hours.

What credit cards do you accept?

Visa and Mastercard.
