Noosa beaches
Noosa Main Beach is its most popular beach and one of Australia’s few north-facing beaches. Alternatively, drive on the long stretch of beach, Noosa North Shore, on the northern side of Noosa where you can also fish, surf and camp. (Whip out the camera for the coloured sand cliffs).
Hastings Street
When you shop or dine in bustling Hastings Street, the beach is only steps away. Hastings Street offers exciting fashion, jewellery, homewares, art and more. It’s the hub of the town and a popular meeting place. As well as boutiques and popular shopping outlets, you can find a seat in quality bars and restaurants including plenty of al fresco dining options.
Noosa Farmers Market
Visit Noosa Farmers Market at Noosaville (every Sunday from 7am to 12noon). Enjoy a wide variety of cuisines, with plenty of fresh produce available to buy and enjoy back at your cabin, caravan or tent site.
Australia Zoo
The Irwin family’s world-famous Australia Zoo is approximately one hour’s drive from Noosa depending on which route you take. It’s an incredible day out for the whole family – cuddling a koala, hand-feeding a red panda, taking a walk with a tiger and more.
Explore Noosa National Park
Soak up some of South East Queensland’s most picturesque coastlines, choosing from walking tracks suited to a variety of fitness levels. There are five guided tracks, each with different surroundings including stunning coastal scenery and serene bays. Koalas are often spotted in the trees near Tea Tree Bay, and dolphins can be seen from headlands around Alexandria Bay.
