Rouse Hill House & Farm
Rouse Hill House & Farm is one of Sydney’s Living Museums. The historic property is filled with artefacts, trinkets and treasures that follow six generations of the Rouse family, since the establishment of property in 1813. Learn about the highs and lows of life on the land, from the elegant summerhouse and grand stables that hark back to a time when the property was the social hub of the area, to the tough struggle to get by when fortunes weren’t so favourable.

Museums Discovery Centre
The Museums Discovery Centre is a treasure trove of artefacts and displays that brings together aspects of the Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences, Australian Museum and Sydney Living Museums. Museum of Fire
The Museum of Fire is a fabulous interactive attraction for the whole family that showcases the history of firefighting and the dedication of those who work in the industry. The collection includes engines dating back to the early 1800’s along with a children’s play area, interactive displays and house fire simulation. On select days you can also take a ride on a historic fire engine.

The Original Gold Rush Colony
Be transported back to Australia’s gold rush days at The Original Gold Rush Colony. The attraction is set on 13 acres of bushland and lets visitors experience what life was like back in the 1850’s. Join a tour of the re-created village and exhibitions, try your luck panning for gold or navigate your way through the Mogo Maze.

Fleet Air Arm Museum
Spread over 6,000m2, the Fleet Air Arm Museum showcases the history of naval aviation through artefacts and aircraft displays including a World War One Sopwith Pup through to an A4 Skyhawk jet fighter. The museum also incorporates a shop, theatre and airfield viewing platform which overlooks the historic HMAS Albatross airfield.

Montreal Goldfield
Take a tour and discover the gold rush past of Australia’s only goldfield that extends into the sea at Montreal Goldfield. Learn about the brief gold boom from 1880 to 1883, browse through the Heritage Centre and hear about the unsolved Bermagui Mystery which involved the strange disappearance of a government surveyor and four other men in October of 1880.
