Pulled BBQ Chicken Sandwiches 

Flavor-packed and super tender, this delicious pulled BBQ chicken recipe is a winner. This MasterChef spin on the classic chicken sandwich by 50 Campfires is super easy to whip up and guaranteed to satisfy even the fussiest eater.  

Ingredients

• 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

• 1 tbsp olive oil• ½ onion, chopped

• 2-3 garlic cloves, minced

• 1½ cups barbecue sauce

• 1 tsp hot sauce

• ½ cup chicken broth

• 1 tsp salt

• 2 tsp paprika 

Breakfast Burritos

We won’t burrito-round the bush, the folks from 50 campfires can do no wrong with their abundance of camp oven recipes. Another firm favourite from their never-ending list of BBQ recipes is the breakfast burrito. All your breakfast favs mixed into one delicious wrap – taco-about delicious!   

Ingredients

• 1 lb. bacon, cubed

• 1 lb. sausage, crumbled

• 1 lb. shredded cheese

• 12 eggs

• 2 lbs. frozen hash browns

• 12 large flour tortilla’s

• Optional Toppings:

• Salsa• Avocado

• Ranch• Onions

• Jalapenos 

Bacon & Cheese Pull Aparts 

We don’t know about you, but bacon tops our must-haves for the camping list – mixed with cheese – equals a match made in heaven. This bacon and cheese pull apart is a great option for breakfast, as a snack, or side dish. Packed with flavor and super tasty. For all those anti-carb loaders – we’re sorry, not sorry 😉 

Ingredients

• 14 Dinner Rolls, thawed but still cold

• ¼ cup butter, melted

• 2 cups grated cheddar cheese

• 8 pieces cooked bacon, broken into small pieces 

Lamb Roast 

Hands up who loves a finger lickin’ Sunday roast? When it comes to camp oven recipes, you can count on this number by Australian Women’s Day.  A roast with all the trimmings, you’ll be salivating at the thought of sinking your teeth into this bad boy!  

Ingredients

• 2 kg lamb leg

• 4 sprigs rosemary

• 1/3 cup(80ml) olive oil

• 1 L(4 cups) chicken stock

• 500 g pumpkin, unpeeled, cut into 5cm (2-inch) pieces

• 8 medium pieces(1.6kg) potatoes, halved

• 8 cloves garlic, unpeeled

• 2 cups(500ml) water 

Pizza Damper 

It doesn’t get more Australian than a delicious damper. The Aussie bush bread is an outback staple and we’re simply loving Ozpig‘s spin on the classic recipe! With more ways than one to prepare this favorite, from the flavorsome pizza number featured, to spinach and fetta, or plain served with golden syrup – this tucker is good eating!

• 200ml Buttermilk

Peanut Butter Bacon Chocolate Bars
