With Easter a hop, skip and a jump away, we decided to pull together a list of best-of-the-best quick and easy Easter desserts to whip up at home or while away on vay-cay; they’re a guaranteed people pleaser! 

1. Li’l Luna’s Chocolate Covered Strawberry Carrots

We cannot get enough of Li’l Luna’s deliciously creative strawberry carrots; they’re almost too cute to eat! Made from strawberries, orange candy melts or coloured white chocolate, crushed Oreos and moose – this guaranteed crowd-pleaser is easy to make and will definitely deliver those ‘mm-hmm’ moments – a must-have for your Easter treat menu! 

2. Peeps S’mores

Grab your skillet! This dessert is a one you can whip up in the stove or on the BBQ! A spin on the all-time American favourite ‘S’mores’, this recipe is a quick and easy to follow. Simply grab a colourful packet of marshmallows, cream, chocolate drops and biscuits; in Aus we suggest switching your Graham’s crackers for scotch fingers or butter cookies – dip away! 

3. Crème Egg Rocky Road

One for the Cadbury Cream Egg cult-following, this chocoholic’s dream adds a festive spin on the classic rocky road. To start, grab all your favourite mix-ins and add some mini cream eggs to the chocolate mix.  If you can’t find the mini versions, it’s a-ok to use the large variety!

4. Easter Bird Nest

Lorraine’s Easter Bird Nest is a cute way to spice up the average egg. Made with marshmallows and your choice of either broken pretzel sticks, rice crispy cereal or Chow Mein noodles, this too-cute-to-eat Easter treat is super yum and brings all sorts of sticky fun to the kitchen! 

5. Baby Chick Macaroons

Labelled as the next Nigella Lawson by Women’s Health Magazine, Instagram sensation ‘Katie’ has dished up the goods with this adorable Easter snack.  Made with shredded unsweetened coconut, coconut milk, flour, some maple syrup, stevia, vanilla extract and a dash of salt – decorate as below – it’ll be chicken-licken good! 


If all else fails in the treat department, just grab a slab of Cadbury’s Dairy Milk chocolate and pull-up a seat around the campfire! Who really needs an excuse to indulge at Easter time, amiright!?!
